Það er vonandi að þið hafið notið sumarsins, séuð endurnærð og spennt fyrir nýju skólaári.
Við bjóðum nýja foreldra og nemendur sérstaklega velkomna
og hlökkum til samstarfsins.
Skólasetning fyrir skólaárið 2025-2026 verður þriðjudaginn 19. ágúst kl.13:00.
Við höldum hefðinni og hittumst stundvíslega við útisviðið sem er staðsett í rjóðrinu sunnan megin við rauða húsið.
Eftir athöfnina fylgja nemendur kennara sínum í skólastofuna. Á meðan mun skólanefnd og foreldrafélagið kynna starf vetrarins fyrir foreldrum.
Að venju verður gróðursetning að athöfn lokinni og biðjum við ykkur að vera í góðum skóm og taka með ykkur skóflu og fötu ef þið eigið.

Dear parents/guardians.
We hope you have enjoyed the summer and are excited for the new school year.
We especially welcome new parents and students and we look forward to the collaboration.
The school year 2025-2026 will start 19th of August at 13:00.
We will keep the tradition and meet punctually at the outdoor stage located in the grove south of the red house. After the ceremony, the students will follow their teacher to the classroom. Meanwhile, the school board and the parents’ association will introduce to parents the schedule for the school year.
As usual, there will be planting of trees after the ceremony, and we ask you to wear good shoes and bring a shovel and a bucket if you have them available.
